Thanks Carol!  At my son’s endo appointment about a month ago, his levels all came back "good", and they said to keep his medication at the same doseage.  Which makes me think that apparently, if he’s not getting too much Cortef or Florinef, there must be another reason for the high bp ( and also, his sodium level was apparently in the "normal" range).  So what I need to do is see if the Dr. will test his DOC levels, to see if he has 11-oH deficiency? Is that done by testing the blood, or is it urine...seems Ive read it’s urine somewhere.
