I’ve had the book on my "want it" list for weeks now.

I know that I can get it through Amazon. How is it that people already have this book ( or do they really have it?) for sale as used or like new?

Any ideas?

Since I know that the book is brand new and not mass produced... I was curious.
Any ideas? Anyone? How DO they ( the sellers ) do that?
