Shireen your granddaughter will certainly be in our prayers.  I don’t really have any answers for you.  Those tests sounded like they could be pretty stressful, especially for a 16 month old.  My husband has what is called "white coat" high blood pressure.  His bp is only high around doctors, except his trusted and beloved family doc and when I take it or at the store.  It was so high it almost kept him off of the police dept.  The anxiety she might be feeling at her age may be causing this.  At that age, she is aware but unable to express it or control it.  My best wishes and prayers are with you all!
