Thanks for all your support.  I cried the first day, but since then I have been fine.  I know our son is such a blessing; he is great.  I have been on dex since I was 4 weeks pregnant, so hopefully she will be fine.  I feel like at least my son will have someone to talk to and understand what he is going thru.  Thanks for all your positive responses.
