I am now terrified!! I am in the same position. I am 4 hours away from an endo that can treat my child. The hospital here would not have a clue what CAH is. I am driving my son for tests on Friday. I am going to talk to them and ask what is the best thing to do. I am so afraid of what just happened to you and your daughter will happen to me and my son. We are seriously considering moving closer to Denver just so my son will be safe. We just moved from Denver but I am willing to move back! I know it is extreme, but this is my childs life, literally! I am so thankful you posted this situation. I hope I can keep a clear head when I have an emergency. You have inspired me! I am so thankful your daughter is doing OK. I am going to buy three copies of the book, one for the hospital, one for me, and one for the endo who lives close by (I wish he were a child endo, he is really concerned for my sons health but he doesn’t treat children). Anyway, thank you for sharing your story.  I agree with Danny, call your lawyer!
