Thanks so much for the advice and support.  I made an appointment with a new endo and hopefully he will run more test on me.  My other endo kept trying to treat me as a diabetic which I am not.  The only labs he took were glucose and hormone levels.  I have yet to find an adult endo that knows how to treat me.  The best doctor I had was a pediatric endo and only sees kids under 15.  I am going to go ahead with the SSI and see what happens.
