My daughter with SWCAH is always very active and full of energy. Many people who do not know her condition comment "Look, she is so active and so healthy". I do not know if it is just her or it is CAH related.  And she is VERY smart.  She knew all 26 letters and numbers at 15 months old. She can play 100 piece puzzles by herself at 2 years. Now she is 2 and half and she knows all states on the map, she can spell her name, she can read all kids’s names in her class and she can read about 100 words and spells some of them.  The other day when I went to pick up her at school, her teacher told me that they tested her by showing her the map and she can point each state correctly.  She loves cars. She can tell all car brands.  I bought a doll for her, but she is not very interested.   She likes pretty dresses.   No matter what,  I love her and encourage her to explore by her own interest.
