Does anyone know anything about familia precocious puberty? One endo diagnosed my son as having 11 beta, but I took him to the Children’s Hospital in Denver on Friday and the endo there did not agree that he had 11 beta. He thinks my son has precocious puberty and is scheduling him for an MRI brain scan. He believes he may have a tumor around the pituitary gland. He also believes that there is a problem because my son has pubic hair and enlarged genitals. He says this is not normal. I am about to pull my hair out. How can two doctors come up with two different diagnoses? I don’t know who to trust now.
