A little CAH thing related to medical transcription- an endo a couple of years ago stated clitorectomy but the transcriber put hysterectomy After telling this endo about heavy period bleeding and why was hysterectomy written? he goes but don’t YOU have a hysterectomy.....no doctor and how much were you really listening to me?

 and always scary to look through medical records to see how many ways CAH is transcribed  renal hypoplasia for one and my own name instead of Aimee is forever AMYLASE .....Scary. I don’t blame nobody ....doctors have no idea about adrenal crisis anyway. Asked the staff @ my own Endo for samples of hydrocortisone and the nice lady thought I meant the cream - I even gave them a phamlet to read about CAH but they gave it to a med student.

Sorry about the kids that think they arethe cat’s meow- like the one lady said maybe a list of rules about what you expect before you’ll take care of other children.
