I see my endo evry 3-4 months and have the tests done before I see him so that he has the results before him (I also get a copy and we discuss them). I also keep a diary, just like a diabetic diary, of the cortisone that I have needed throughout the day and tkae it with me when I see my endo so that he can also get an idea of how things are going. I also add things that I have been doing etc which may require extra doses. I know it is time consuming however it does help the endo to have an overall picture during that period.
