I am expecting a baby girl in May with  CAH.  I wonder how long she will stay in the hospital.  My gyno. says she forsees not problems, and my ped. will be there.  He is not and endo, but he works with our sons endo when needed.  I have taken the dex so hopefully there will be not genital problems.  Has anyone had a child that they knew was going to have CAH?  How was the birth handled?  How often did they have to get blood work?  Our son had to get it every week at first but he went into an adrenal crisis before diagnoses.  I am hoping she doesn’t have to go as often.
