I spent the regular amount of time in the hospital with my second CAH’er.  I do recall,  however,  my endo would not treat until he presented with symptoms,  even though I had an amnio which showed he has SW CAH.  Anyway it took weeks to get him on the righ amount of medication,  he was an extreme salt waster at first,  he took 4 florinef when he was an infant,  now he takes 1 1/2.  He was also but back in the hospital for an IV the first week....I was expecting smooth sailing since it was  our second CAH’er,  it was a little rougher than I would have liked.  It was still much easier than the first!
