110 for the top number is normal high for a toddler. My son’s nephrologist likes his top number to be under 100. So far we have been getting alot of 94/56’s which seems to be really good. Considering he was put on meds for high blood pressure awhile back. You need to take a tape measure and measure his arm to make sure you find the right size cuff. If it is too big or small you will not get an accurate bp reading. I go in about every 2 weeks to have his bp taken at his peds office. There is only one really good nurse that I rely on. She is very good at getting it manually. It is very hard to find someone who can get a toddlers bp on the first time. I hope you find what you need.
