My prayers are with you.  Take the child to the ER if the fever doesn’t come down.  Just because the child does not have CAH doesn’t mean that the situation is or isn’t life threatening.  Go with whatever your mommy’s intuition tells you.  If it says go to the ER then go, quickly.  If is says to wait it out, then wait it out.
