Rebecca, Maybe you could get him to talk to the school counselor. It sounds as if he needs medical attention and maybe “talk” therapy with someone he can trust. You might point him towards the kids/young adult board on this web site. Maybe talking with the other kids with CAH will help him. You are a good friend; just do for him what you would want a good friend to do for you. Good Luck. Maybe you can let us know how this all turns out.
