Dear Aimee, thanks for your thoughts. I have been doing Gluten free, dairy free, recipes for over 15 years and i can change pretty much any recipes to suit. I have been told by friends that I should write a book on it but maybe more towards CAH people to help us understand why with everything that is happening to us and how important diet can be to keep us alive.

Hope you are feeling aok at the moment. Life deals us little challenges and we have to pick ourselves up and keep on going just  like what you have done. Us oldies need to keep on going to give hope to parents that things can be good. I know what it is like to be a guinea pig all you life, you are always dicussed about but you are never asked the questions. I have made sure thru my 35 years almost that i have asked the questions it has had the doctors wondering why and how. I have kept a diary since i was born of everything that has happened to me every test, visit, meds changes. I know what it is like with Endos as i only see mine every 3 months as he does visiting clinic and he thinks everything is just in my head. I see him on Monday so it is going to be fun.

If you ever want to talk just email me jaynesimpson71@hotmail.com and we can talk. I hope everything stays well with you. I am hoping to come over to America as I have been studying Native American Teachings for many years and i want to see where it all comes from. It is still down the track but in the plans. It would be good to catch up.

Stay Healthy,Stay Strong

Luv Jayne
