hi John, The rash could be a few things it could be a reaction to  breast milk. It could be a form of dermititis also if babe is drippling it could be that as well. Alot of the time the meds are ok it comes down to a reaction to something. I have had dermo for most of my life. The other big possibilty is that bub might be allergic to milk. I would suggest seeing a dermotologist and also getting an allergy test done.
