I have always used the Solu Cortef 100mg Act-o-Vial.  I have thought about asking for the 250 mg Act-o-Vial.  The reason being, it would less for us to inject.  My boys are 7 and 9 and they usually put up a fight when we pull out the injection.  100 mg/2ml is alot to try to inject when they are kicking and screaming.  250 mg/2ml would lessen the amount we would have to inject.
