Although a UK paper, I understand from one of the authors that cardio disease is circumstantial but raised by the NIH Group which is why it got a mention but there was little evidence in the preliminary UK study. The catecholamine data is the same as the adrenomedulary deficiency, which again the NIH are promoting and found to be similar in the UK but the significance is not known as yet.  I have been promised the pdf for the full paper as soon as it is available and will pass this on to you. Like you, I am also always interested in these adult studies!
