Im wondering if ther are any sexually active young women with CAH who under went clitoral reduction that can say that they are achieving orgasm and having normal healthy sex lives.  This would make me feel better about choosing this for my daughter.  Everyone seems to be concerned with sexual identity and looking "normal", but I’m really concerned with making a decision that could possibly cause my adult daughter to be unable to fully enjoy sex. I know that even non CAH women have trouble achieving orgasm for various reasons, but I’ve heard a lot of complaints about adult women having surgery as infants and being unhappy with  their sexual ability.  Also what kind of post op pain management is given to children?  I also in no way want to offend anyone, I just want to try to make the best decision for my child.  Any response is appreciated.
