You should have no problems with a home pregnancy test. A home pregnancy test is testing for human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG).  The meds you are taking for CAH will not effect the results of this test. After a positive home pregnancy test I would recommend seeing a doctor within the first couple week so that you can be followed closely by an Ob.
