Hi Carol....

Just so you know, we almost met! Our first visit to Dr. Rivkees was on Dec. 9th, the day of the big snowstorm in CT....you were supposed to stop in to the hospital, and Dr. Rivkees was hoping to introduce us.  He told me you were the mom who helped him write the book, but I did not put together that it was THIS Carol M. until now. He speaks very highly of you.  I guess I am not so unnerved about him reading my posts (or James, as he was the one who commented on my post) as the endo at CT Children’s Medical Center that I said some not very kind things about....even though they were true!

I do agree that it is good that endos read the board, but I also think that they should not comment on a post by someone they recognize. It’s just creepy.  I hold no hard feelings, but I must admit I will watch carefully the content of my posts, as I probably should.

Also, to the last poster, I remember that thread on Fibro all too well, because I am a carrier and a sufferer of severe fibro. It was somewhere around 2 years ago if that helps at all.
