I will post this anonymously just in case!  Someone that I know told me that my son’s ex-doctor posted something on a board to pediatric endocrinologists around the world describing my son’s case in a way which was recognizable and referring to me (the mother) as a "PIA" which is medicalese for "pain in you-know-what".
