Yes, yes, yes!!! I would definately double his meds: we are instructed to double for even a chest/head cold, and I would follow this advice especially since you say that your son looks pale and under the weather. It’s better to give the meds and not need them, than for his body to need them and they’re not there. Our son did not appear very sick at all - we did NOT double - and we lost him to adrenal crisis very quickly. I would advise to err on the side of caution, and call his endo in the morning.
