Anyway, one thing we do that the kids love is to save our pickle juice (Dill, I’m not sure how other kinds of pickle juices would work) and boil some eggs and put about a half dozen or so in the pickle jar with the pickle juice. You let it set about 24 hours and you have some delicious dill pickle tasting eggs. You know how fond CAH kids are of pickles. This outs that flavor in a nutritious protein snack that filling while only about 100 calories. You have to make sure not to put too many boiled eggs in it because the eggs absorb the flavor, and too many won’t allow enough flavor for each egg.
