I asked my son’s Endo this question, and he said that the schedule doesnt have to be strict...it wont hurt to be off by a LITTLE.   It’s better to have a set schedule so you wont forget to give the medication, but he let me know that if you are a little late (like 30-60 minutes) it’s not going to be a big problem.
