"I believe since my Granddaughter has had the surgery(genitoplasty) She has had no 00000000 NONE NADA urinary tract infections. She was potty trained and can control her bladder and hold her urine without leaking . This is the benefits from the physical perspective."

My daughter is now 18mth old and has none urinary tract infection, she alreay controles her bladder and use the potty eventhough we still use daippers too, so from these aspects I’m afreid the surgery might do the opposite - hope note.

As for the mental aspect"her genitals look like any other little girl" i talked to a mother of a girl that had the surgery with the same urologist and she said her daughters genitals still look diffrent, and that one of the risons my douts rose up.
