My 8 yr old sw daughter has always been active, and she’s tough (nobody will take advantage of THAT girl!), but she is definately NOT a tomboy. She loves (and always has) clothes and make-up and Barbies ... and would LOVE to have Disney princesses on her wall! I, on the other hand, am only a CAH carrier but never played with dolls, loved bike racing, climbing trees and building things. What I’m trying to say is that I don’t really believe CAH has that much (if anything) to do with it: each child is an individual and will find his or her own abilities and interests.
