FYI-I found this website and study that discusses effect of CAH on girls’ behavior.  The CAH section of the article is pages25-26.  My daughter is 9 and has SWCAH, virilized at birth, surgery at age 2.  Until first grade, she often insisted she was a boy and not a girl.  She got through that phase, and now is a complete tomboy.  All her friends are boys, she plays many sports and really excels at all sports.  She talks "stats" with her dad on any sport!  It just so happens that her sister is the opposite and does not have CAH.  I tend to believe that she is more boyish due to the CAH, although she likes to wear jewelry and make-up.  Just my thought on this topic.
