I applied through the Gerber Grow-up Plan when my SWCAH was about 3 months, I already had it on my 3 year old non-CAH daughter.  I was denied and told to try again in 5 years.  I went through Liberty Mutual because that is who my life insurance is through and had no problem getting her covered.  I also switched my 3 year old daughters life insurance with them also because I was really mad with Gerber that they wouldn’t cover the baby.  Its about $16 a month for each of them.
