I had an amnio when I was 15 wks.  We found out it is a girl and she does have CAH.  I am still on steroids and I am 26 wks now.  I too gained alot early on.  I got so sick of people saying you are due when?  and give me a look like I was crazy.  But my weight gain has tapered off.  In the last 8 wks I have only gained 2lbs.  I have gained about 30 in all.  I am so sorry about your experience with the CVS.   I know it must of been scary.  I wish the  best for you!
