Isotretinoin, it makes the skin very dry and switches off the sweat glands.  My son had no trouble on it except for very dry lips.  He is a salt loser and his endocrinologist said it was fine to take.  It cleared his skin within 6 months.  It can have side effects but he did not have any others than the one I mentioned. There are other treatments though and best to check levels and see a specialist.
