What we can all learn from this is give the shot at home!!!  Don’t be afraid.  I knkow how hard it is to hold down a screaming scared child to give the shot but it is necessary.  We actually avoid the hospital by giving the shot at home and calling the doctor.  (We of course go to the hospital if she is unable to keep fluids down or has not responding to the shot.)  Julia
