All I can say is that I recall reading in the CAH book that there will be times when you’ll be asking yourself "Is this CAH or is this a normal kid thing?" and you’ll never know - and as I read that, I thought ... oh crap.

One thing that occurs to me is that some people on the board seem to have had great success by varying the timing of the medication (not the total dose delivered in the day but rather when it is given). My understanding is that reactions to that variy so greatly from patient to patient that you really have to experiment and see how it works. Maybe talk to your endo about that?
