Hi again, maybe I misunderstood (I do that sometimes :o) but what time does your daughter take her meds? at 11pm then not till after school? How much Cortef is she on? Sorry bout the questions.

 Just a suggestion, you may really want to try the circadian dosing schedule. My daughter and I both do. My daughter takes cortef too, she gets her first dose at 3am, the second at around 8, and the 3rd after school. You may also want to split her dose into 4’s instead of 3x per day. This stuff can wear off in like 6 to 8 hours, depending on the person. So if your daughter is burning it quickly she might need her doses closer together. Just a thought.... :o)

 I know she must feel miserable with her hormones all over the place, I do understand. So sends some hugs from my daughter and I, we hope things get better for her.
