That is an interesting article. I have late-onset, diagnosed at age 6, which I realize is different from the classical form, but in my experience (I am now 27)it was not puberty which was the hardest phase to manage, but after puberty when I kept having to reduce my dose in order to avoid taking too much medication. The article indicated that adolescent females particularly burn through cortef pretty fast. Have other people experienced the need to reduce meds after puberty, then?
