I can give you an answer that may help due to the fact that I don’t know the age of your child. My daughter is almost 17 years old and we only visit every 6 months as long as the results from the last test were fine. My daughter was diagnosed at birth with salt wasting form of CAH. When she was small we visited the endo every 3 months unless she was consistently sick, then it was every 4 weeks. It also depends if she has a low sugar problem(Hypoglacemia), which my daughter has.
