complexity of kids

I read the thread about the sad 8 year old this weekend. We haVE been going through something similiar with my three year old. She had a terrible week at daycare and home. SOme low grade fevers that were diffiuclt to detect. The two afternoons I took her temp it was as a rule out and I was quite surprised when she had afever. Her hands were cold and she did not feel warm to me. She wasn’t complaining about anything in particular. She has been battling an ear infection so I used our ear check on Thursday and it registered fluid in one ear. We changed antibiotics on Friday and she has had a better weekend. Thank goodness since there is a foot of snow outside. I had a long discussion with our doc about trying to decipher illnesses, threeness, cah etc... She is such a smart little girl. I don’t want her to start acting up in order to get sent home when she is tired of her friends at school. She really does like school but she also enjoys going to my school when she has appointments etc. Right now she is on 2.5 of cortef three times a day and she now weighs 33 lbs we did lab work friday to check her levels. Back in the fall the endo wanted to increase it to 3 but changed his mind when he couldn’t figure out how we would do that with a 5 tablet. We are switching to the nih group this spring. I know many of you have already been through this stage any words of wisdom would be appreciated
