Dear Lisa,

Thank you for answering my questions. I’ve been thinking about becoming a nurse among other things for a little while. Imagine me a nurse  (lol) but maybe with my background of having a couple of different conditions besides CAH would somehow help somebody know that they can move forward or @least understand where they are coming from. People need time to accept whatever medical condition they have in their own good time and I don’t assume anything about anyone. Ranting and raving is just that - people scared or grumpy about their condition or surgery and it passes- to me that’s coping  : P.

I have a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work but the pay isn’t all that great and trying to get hired is difficult. So, for now? I’m working as a security guard but I would just need four classes before going into a program for people that have a degree in something else but want to go into the nursing field.

I dealt with three students during my ten day stay @ the hospital and I was fine w/ them if they needed to practice a skill but it was exhausting when they just sat there or hovered - I was Ok ....like ummm leave alright? Sick person ....I need time to reflect. and call ya when I need ya.
