She should be fine.  I have a five year old son and I hate to admit it but I have forgotten a dose before too.  He was fine, and I told his endo and he acted like it was no big deal, but of course you don’t want to miss on a regular basis which could cause problems.  Don’t beat yourself up over it.  You are only human.
