What a great idea for a phone!  I’ve had friends that got their kids cell phones and they didn’t monitor the usage and would end up with a $300 bill!  Alot of it was from text messaging too.  I am amazed at the number of kids at Abby and Ellie’s school that have cell phones!  They are 9 & 8.  We are considering a phone for Abby soon when she starts to do more independent things.  I like the idea of 2 programmed numbers.  We had considered a prepaid trac phone but I like this idea.  Thanks for sharing it with us!

We have always been told to wait one to two weeks to get blood work done when the kids have been sick and increased their doses because it does affect the results.
