Hello, I am new to this sight.  I have two children with CAH.  My son is 9 and he is gaining weight everyday.  He is on cortef, florinef,singular, and advair. He has asthma too.  But the weight is really bothering me and my husband.  The doctors say to keep him on a diet and excercise.  My son does not overeat and he is very active.  They dont seem to have any medical information for me.  I am scared that this weight is going to cause more extreme health problems.  He is now 55 pounds over weight.  I need some help, some advice.  Please, someone........
