I wish I had some answers for you and for me also. Michael has SWCAH and is on cortef, florinef, and zantac. He is also becoming very over weight. I asked his endo and she did not seem concerned but he is! We go back in March and he has probably gained 8 pounds. He is 9 years old and can barely wear a boys 12 huskey. He seems to gain most of the weight around his middle area. I thought is was the cortef that causes the weight gain. He eats no more than his brother and sister that do not have CAH and yet he is gaining weight all the time. If anyone has any ideas or help with this I would like to hear them also.
