Its against the law here too, my 16yr old can not even take Motrin without going to the nurse.  I don’t know how our schools do it?  Actually, I think that the law provides that if your child has permission from all authorities, i.e, doc, nurse, parents, and they have to take meds every single day, then with written permission it is allowable.
