i know from experience(knowing girls around 11-16) with cah and myself pred in most cases causes depression. I myself do 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours of excerise atleast 6 times a week so that had no effect whatsoever. As i said it varies from person. But i do know it has been know to be more affective for males. But you have to try it to see what it’s like.If it doesn’t work out they’ll probably put her back on dex so maybe you should try it to see because a medicine that doesn’t work for one girl could work wonders for another.Good luck x
