I grew up in Wisconsin (Oshkosh) and as a kid went to the Univ. Hospital in Madison and saw Dr. Tuffli and his staff. I’m pretty sure he is retired now, but was a great Dr. You could ask around who took his place. Madison has a great hospital and teaching staff.
