        I may get my a** chewed on for this. Here goes nothin’! After reading your post for the last 3 1/2 years I absoulutely cannot~scratch that~will not believe that you (of all people) cannot think of one single good thing about having CAH!! Please chew softly and don’t get me wrong, I don’t begrudge you anything about the fact that you have had extreme hardships~best word I could think of~due to CAH, but you are truely the bravest, strongest, funniest, most job skilled and probably scariest WOMAN( no offense, but you really do scare me sometimes) I’ve ever ...well I don’t actually know you(save from here) and I haven’t seen/met you ...you know what I mean. Seriously,, you are more a part of our(my families) lives than some of my actual relatives are, and you don’t even know it!!! I almost hero worship you, aside from the fear factor that is. Things you post here are things I take to heart and utilize w/ my daughters daily, they make me strong enough to say NO I don’t want every joe schmoe? in here for my DD appt., To tell the E.R. Dr. um no your not going to do a spinal tap on my daughter just because she has a fever and moves her legs when you bend her neck??? and certainly not without talking with her endo, Dr says Oh what does she see an Endo for!??? Did ya even look at the chart before ya came in? Anyhow it’s just a little disheartening to hear you say there is nothing good about CAH....So I hope maybe you just having a bad day (not that I wish you a bad day) and you will come back and say oh yeah well there’s this......  

I can’t believe I actually wrote this, really it’s been years is the making and I’ve always been too afraid to say anything directly to you. So for what it’s worth you are very important to my family and if my girls turn out to be half the woman you are I will be proud..

And my good thing is that my 3yr old now upon drying her tears says "thank you" to the nurses who do her draws!! That puts it in perspective for everyone!
