Dear Niles,

Thankyou for the reply, I was in the hospital last month for gall bladder symtoms and along with vomiting red - I had blood sugar of 40 and one of the ER nurses mentioned that she couldn’t believe that I could even talk with it being that level. I asked my Endo who I like but who is so gosh darn quiet about the hypoglycemia and does it have anything to do with the CAH? He mumbled ........that will happen because of the adrenal gland and that was about it. I like my endo- he does smile and laugh but explaining things at least to me? I don’t think he is comfortable but I’m working on him- I want to keep him  I want to look into this more and we have glucose monitors over at the local drug store. I have a feeling that many times feeling out of it was  Hypoglycemia. There was times when I would just shake.

Would eating a piece of orange be the same as have the sugar? I’ve done that as instinct when I’ve been really out of it.

Best Wishes
