I give my son Cortef 3 times a day:  4:30am, 3:00pm and at bedtime.  His largest dose is in the morning.  Right now he is taking 12.5mg at 4:30, 5mg at 3:00 and 5mg at bedtime.  We were amazed at the difference a few hours made.  We used to give his morning dose between 6:00 and 6:30 am.  My son has been on this schedule for 3 years and has done great.  If you ever want to talk my email is zingeryc@netzero.com.
