Martha:  Please tell me more about your experiences at NIH.  Have you always been comfortable with the physicians even when your son was younger?  Are they gentle?  Have you ever felt like you are just another body for them to probe or do they seem to care for you as a person?  Do you fly in from another area?  How is the hotel they put you up in?  Are you super busy all day with testing or do you have time to sight see -- Washington Monument, White House?
